What do you put under a patio or pathway as its base?

For flagstone, you need about 2” of sand and 2” of gravel (either our 3/4 Minus or our 1/4  Minus).

For pavers, you will want to use approximately 2” of gravel (again, either 3/4 Minus or 1/4  Minus) and 1” of sand.

For a driveway, you will need about 6”-8” of gravel— either 3/4 Minus or 1/4  Minus.
